Client data stays client data.

Clear rules before access

Every project starts with a practical agreement covering access, environment, providers, retention, deletion, and ownership.

The working agreement

The controls are specific to the project.

Your systems, sensitivity, and operating requirements determine how the work is configured. The essentials are documented in plain language.

  1. 01

Access. Named people receive the minimum access required for the project, with ownership and end dates agreed up front.

  2. 02

Processing location. Work can run in client-controlled systems, a dedicated isolated environment, or an approved managed environment.

  3. 03

Providers. Models, APIs, storage services, and specialist reviewers are disclosed before they receive client data.

  4. 04

Retention and deletion. The project plan identifies what is retained, why it is needed, when access ends, and when working copies are deleted.

  5. 05

Model use. Client artifacts are used to deliver the agreed work and are never added to shared training datasets.

  6. 06

Security contact. Questions and project-specific requirements can be sent directly to robert.spielman@invigor8.ai.

Where work can run

The environment follows the work.

Choose the operating pattern that fits your infrastructure, security expectations, and delivery model.

Client-controlled

Build and analysis stay in systems and accounts operated by your team.

Dedicated

Work runs in an isolated project environment with approved identities and services.

Managed

Invigor8AI operates the approved project environment and documents its location and services.

Project ownership

Your data, systems, and decisions remain yours.

Invigor8AI uses project access to deliver the agreed result. Client artifacts are never used to train shared or general-purpose models.
